These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the LocusPilot affiliate program, operated by ADE Marketing Solutions Sdn Bhd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not join the program.
1. How You Earn
- You earn a 20% recurring commission on payments made by customers you refer.
- Commission applies to subscriptions, pay-as-you-go credit purchases, and subscriber top-ups. It repeats on every renewal and on later purchases the customer makes.
- Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually pays after any discount or promotion code, excluding taxes and payment-processor fees.
- Commission is not paid on your own purchases, on refunded or charged-back payments, or on credits granted manually by our team rather than purchased.
2. Attribution
- Referrals are tracked with a cookie that lasts 60 days from the click on your link.
- Attribution is first-touch and lifetime: once a customer is linked to you, future payments by that customer continue to earn for you.
- If a visitor reaches us through a paid ad, the referral is not tracked and no commission is earned, even if your link was used. See Section 3.
3. No Paid Advertising
Paid advertising of any kind to promote LocusPilot is not allowed. This is the most important rule in the program. Prohibited methods include, but are not limited to:
- Google Ads, Google Shopping, and any pay-per-click or paid search advertising.
- Meta, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and any other paid social advertising.
- Display ads, native ads, retargeting, and paid sponsorships or placements.
- Bidding on the LocusPilot brand name, our product names, common misspellings, or our domain in any ad network.
- Directing paid traffic to a landing page or redirect that then forwards to LocusPilot in order to disguise its origin.
We detect known paid-click markers (for example Google's gclid and similar identifiers) and suppress attribution for that traffic automatically. We also review referral sources. Running paid ads is grounds for withholding commissions and removal from the program.
4. How You Can Promote
Earn through your own audience and genuine recommendations. Acceptable methods include content and blog articles, SEO, your email list, videos, social posts on accounts you own, communities where self-promotion is allowed, and direct recommendations to clients.
5. Other Prohibited Conduct
- Self-referral, including referrals to accounts you own or control.
- Coupon, deal, and discount-leak sites, and unauthorized discount codes.
- Spam, including unsolicited email, messages, and forum posts.
- False, misleading, or exaggerated claims about LocusPilot, its pricing, or its results.
- Using our trademarks or content in a way that implies you are LocusPilot or speak for us.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframe tricks, or any attempt to manufacture attribution.
6. Payment
- Commissions are held for 30 days after the referred payment before they become eligible for payout. This covers the refund and chargeback window.
- If a referred payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed.
- A minimum balance may be required before a payout is issued.
- You are responsible for any taxes on the commissions you earn.
7. Termination
We may suspend or remove you from the program at any time, and withhold unpaid commissions, if you breach these Terms or promote LocusPilot in a way that harms our brand or customers. You may leave the program at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active affiliates. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
